How do I pay you?
Our preferred method of payment is bank transfer (BACS) but I also accept cash and cheques.
Do you clean windows in the rain?
Yes, I clean in light rain as rain will have little to no affect on the finish.
Do I need to be home when you come?
When it comes to window cleaning, no you don’t need to be home when I come to clean, I only ask that you ensure I will have access to the rear of your property. Regarding other exterior cleans, I will advise whether you would need to be home or not.
Do you require my water or electricity?
Window cleaning water - I do not require the customer's water as I use a purified water tank in my van.

Pressure washing - Yes, I would require the use of an outside tap at the customer's premises.

Electricity - Yes, I will require when gutter cleaning to connect to my industrial vacuum.
How often will you come and clean my windows?
I would always recommend monthly to every other month. Any period after that may incur an additional cost as it will likely leave the windows more dirty.
Are you insured?
Yes, I am fully insured.
